Hydroponic Garden
Our garden contains a wide variety of plants, including hot and sweet peppers, tomatoes, beans, multiple varieties of lettuce and herbs including oregano, rosemary and basil. Located just next door to our pub, our garden is pesticide-free.
Having our own Hydroponic Garden affords us the opportunity to be creative and provide local, fresh, high quality food at an affordable price point. We have made it a point to introduce more and more of our locally grown produce into items on the menu. We also grow on the roof in the summertime!
